Could this be a form of cancer!!!?

I recently found a rather large odd shaped lump on the side of my left calf muscle! It is not painful and you cannot see it with the naked eye but if you press down on the area you can feel it! I was just wondering if you know what might be the problem! And i pray that it is not somehting as serious as Skin Cancer!! I understand that you cannot tell me what is wrong with me but maybe you can give me a few helpful tips to lead me in the right way! I have a doctors app next month and i am going to talk to my doctor about it! I am overall a pretty healthy teenager....just have anemia but no other health problems!

Will a simple blood test tell me what is wrong or what other tests will my doctor suggest!!

It doesn't seem like that would be cancer. Could it be the remnants of an old bruise?
