Puffy eye lids from crying? |
my grandma passed away last night after battling lung cancer for 2 years, she died just an hour after I left the hospice. as you can expect there were lots of crying involved and Ive woke up today and my eye lids are swollen.. what can help them go down? My heartfelt condolences for your loss..but find comfort that there will not be anymore suffering & pain for her as she is now among all the other angels in heaven.Cherish all the memories of you and her in your heart where she will never be forgotten. give them time, they'll be fine Put something cold on your puffy lids (I'm sorry about losing your grandma). And there's no shame in wearing dark sunglasses. sorry for your loss take heart in the fact that your grandma is no longer suffering and you were probably not supposed to be with her she may have thought that would be too painfull for you god bless. as for your puffy eyes cold pack or cold washer should help with the redness as well as the swelling. You and your family have suffered a major loss do you really need to hide your feelings? sorry about your loss.. put some cold cucumber slices on your eye lids.. it's not embarrassing to have puffy eyelids, give yourself time to grieve.. place a wet facewasher over them for a couple of minutes,or try cucumber slices, sorry for your loss, best wishes: a cold cloth and im sorry to hear about ur grandma |
