Veryyy underdeveloped=/?

im 17 and im barely the largest A cup size. I love the week b4 mi period because i actually have a chest lol. what can i do to inscrease mi cup size? i eat alot and its helping a little. Ive been diagnosed with low estrogen but is hormone replacement therapy safe in the long run?

Don't mess with Mother Nature! She's not done with you yet. When I was 21, I could still put an A cup on backwards and it would fit about as well as frontwards. A few years later when pregnant, wow did my chest look good! But pregnancy is not the most attractive state a woman can be in. As I've grown older, my chest size has increased and clothes are a nightmare. If the bust fits, the rest bags. If the rest fits, the bust gaps--very tacky. I'd much rather be the size I was. I also found that a guy who really cares about you doesn't care what size cup you are as long as what you put in it is for him, not for others. Guys who obsess about cup size are really immature.

You could wear paded bras. Other than that i don't know if hormone replacement is safe. I do know that when your estrogen is low, you need to get it higher.

I'm 18 and I'm 32 A.

I don't think you're underdeveloped, everyone is just unique in how their body develops.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to focus on your mental and physical health and not worry about your cup size. Seriously. If you try messing with your hormones, especially at your age, you'll wind up doing damage. The best way to restore balance is to just keep yourself healthy and active.

Do you play a sport? If so, you may be pushing yourself too hard. Or conversely, you may be too sedentary / not getting enough activity. Or, you may just be a late bloomer. Whatever it is, trying the latest product on the market is about the worst thing you can do.

Also keep in mind, your teenage years aren't the only part of your life where you develop. Puberty is your first sexual growth spurt. Then you have the 18-25 years when you slowly fill out as your skeleton takes on a more adult shape. Then when you start having kids and nursing your chest will definitely fill out a little. Try to enjoy your 17-year-old body for what it is. Every stage of life has its own unique beauty!

i am 21 and have a 32A. You are not underdeveloped. Its most likely how you are. Plus women grow into there early 20's. So....yep. Who cares if you are smaller than everyone else? Embrace it ;)
