Any recommendation for a good ergonomic chair for low back pain?

I'm 35 y/o, male, tried almost 4 ergonomic chairs but none seem to fit their supposed claims. I have tried Accord motion chair, knee "sitting" chair, aeron's, H miller. I don't have a back problem based on MRI. Just plain problem in ergonomics. Any suggestions?

If you can get hold of one (and afford one- they're not cheap!), I'd highly recommend the Bambach Saddle Seat. They're absolutely wonderful

They do take a bit of getting used to, but once you are used to it you'll never go back to sitting in a regular chair. Can't praise them highly enough!

I think H Miller with webbing backing, lumbar suuport and adjustable seat, arm rest are the best,It is what I have.

Sometimes, you can get problems with certain types of chair, there really is no such thing as the perfect chair to suit every user. Although the Aeron is very popular quite a lot of people don鈥檛 like the mesh upholstery.

A kneeling chair is also quite a specialist thing and it鈥檚 not everyone that can get on with one.

A lot of the time it can just be down to not having the chair adjusted correctly, I'm afraid manufacturers aren鈥檛 always very good at explaining how their products should be set up.

Take a look at my article http://www.officechairadvice.com/ergonom... which explains how to set up your chair properly.

I would suggest you see if you can find a local dealer that will let you try a chair for a few days. I believe Steelcase run a scheme where you can try their Leap Chair for 30 days, so that might be worth following up on.
