Any recommendation for a good ergonomic chair for low back pain? |
I'm 35 y/o, male, tried almost 4 ergonomic chairs but none seem to fit their supposed claims. I have tried Accord motion chair, knee "sitting" chair, aeron's, H miller. I don't have a back problem based on MRI. Just plain problem in ergonomics. Any suggestions? If you can get hold of one (and afford one- they're not cheap!), I'd highly recommend the Bambach Saddle Seat. They're absolutely wonderful http://www.webmd.com/pain-management/def... I think H Miller with webbing backing, lumbar suuport and adjustable seat, arm rest are the best,It is what I have. Sometimes, you can get problems with certain types of chair, there really is no such thing as the perfect chair to suit every user. Although the Aeron is very popular quite a lot of people don鈥檛 like the mesh upholstery. |
