Possible erectile dysfunction?

My boyfriend is 23, and i think he has erectile dysfunction. everything will be normal until he puts on the condom, and then the erection goes away and won't come back even with oral stimulation.

i know it's a pride thing, and i think he should go to the doctor, but i dont know if he would ever agree to it.

is it possible he's just stressed or feels alot of pressure to perform?

he's never had a problem with the condom on before, so it's not like theyre too uncomfortable for him

That's not erectile dysfunction...clearly he's capable of getting an erection, just not sustaining it with a condom on.
This is most likely just psychological...it is physically more difficult to stay erect when wearing a condom (sensation is reduced, so it doesn't feel as good), but if it goes away right when he puts on the condom, chances are he's just nervous/stressed. Do what you can to make him feel at ease, not under pressure, etc. Going to a doctor likely won't help, as it doesn't sound like a physiological problem.
Edit: Even so, he obviously doesn't have ED, since he's able to get it up without the condom. Talk it over with him, maybe there's some reason why he's more stressed now than before.
