Treatment for Epstein barr virus.? |
I was told by my doctor that almost a year ago I contracted the Epstein Barr virus but I still feel fatigues and headaches even though the virus it's not active any more, anybody had this experience before? What kind of treatment will be the most appropiate? Please help Hey man just hang in there. I've actually had it for 2 years, I should have gotten over it a long time ago too. I am fatigued every day with no signs of getting better. Most doctors don't know what to do, they just tell you to rest. There is no official treatment for epstein-barr. Some things to do are make sure you get enough sleep, make sure you stay active and healthy, don't eat a lot of sugar or consume caffeine. |
