Chronic epstein barr virus? |
Anyone out there with chronic EBV? I have it bad and feel like everyday I am becoming weaker and weaker,since I've been told there is no cure I have become depressed. My insurance denied further testing for infectious disease. I wanted shots to boost my immune system but the doc says daily vitamins bcomplex zinc and cq10 (however you spell) works just the same.Anyone know if this is true?are the vitamins just as well as the shots?She also wants me to eat better and get more exercise.Exercise sounds almost impossible right now when all i want to do is lay in bed! But i can't of course because I have a 18 month old to chase after all day which for any parent knows how exhausting that is itself.Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated,thank you check out these websites they may offer some help....
