You need to relax a bit. cut down on your water intake before you go to sleep. Also tea coffee n cola are diuretics so keep off them in the evening. Empty your bladde... not that i know of. We still dispense it for that reason. Its just the insurance doesn't want to pay for meds like that because THEY dont deem it medically necessary or they have an age rest... |
