Diabetes and Thyroid question?

I have had low energy and dizziness for the last few months. I saw my Dr and he ran a basic metabolic profile and said everything looked ok. I had a thyroid and diabetes test ran on me 9 months ago and I have the results

TSH 0.78
Hgb A1C 5.6

Fast forward today. I am staying so tired and the dizziness is still there. I dont have any health insurance and it cost $125 every time I see the Dr and that doesn't include any blood work. My Dr refered me to a endocrine Dr because of Thyroid disease running in my family( my mom, and both sisters have it) Are those blood test from 9 months ago anything to worry about? The endocrine Dr said he couldnt see me because the TSH was in normal range.

Your TSH looks pretty good. Perhaps you have adrenal insufficiency. Maybe your adrenal glands are not working well enough.

These tests are normal.
