Where is endobronchial valves for emphysema being researched?

I would like to know what medical facilities are currently testing or will be testing the endobronchial valves for emphysema patients?

They are being researched by Dr. Sciurba, principal investigator of the multi-center trial, known as the Endobronchial Valve for Emphysema Palliation Trial (VENT) and director of the Emphysema Research Center at the University of Pittsburgh.
