Does anyone have any insight on the United States Emergency Medical Services Administration?

There isn't one, although numerous EMS organizations are petitioning for the creation of a federal oversight branch with this title. Currently, education/training and licensure standards for EMS personnel are mandated by DOT (department of transportation), as the need for a national system of medical personnel was first recognized by this organization. The NREMT (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians) does certification testing recognized in all the states, but is not a government entity. hope that helps!
