Emergency medi-cal? how long does it take to receive this service?

i live in san jose calif. Monday im going to apply for emergency medical im 27 white female. Recently went to planned parenthood and tested positive for pregnancy test. how long will it be before I can schedule doctor appointment? I need ultra-sound and need to schedule abortion proceedure. will it cover that ? will I be able to go see a doctor the next day?
