my heart rate has been going back and forth and is usually 85-to a little over 100 at rest and ive been to drs and they find nothing wrong so far i was wondering i start to drink like vitamin water which has electrolytes will that make my problem worse or could it help or will it just not affect that you say yes of course but is that yes that it will make it worse or yes it would help Yes of course!
