Electrolytes and fasting? |
Can someone explain to be about elecrolytes, how you lose them, what they are for, what they are made of, how do you get them back, and what happends if you lose too many or whatever? You defenitly should never drive while fasting, your coordination is way off and can easily cause an accident. |
