Who do i call to report elder abuse in a nursing home?

Call the cops.

People use to steal things from my great great uncle. They stole his money and watches and candy. They also drugged them all the time so they were easier to take care of.

Some nursing homes arent that bad anymore but I could never put anyone in one.

I dont know where you live, but in Australia try calling Dept. of Health and Welfare and they should be able to put you on the right track. If you live in the States (US) I am sure you must have a similar department. Even if you ring the operator (telephone) they might be able to give you a number or your local hospital may be a ble to advise you. Good Luck and dont be put off if this is a genuine concern. Older people need to be looked after especially when they are unable to do it themselves
