Elbow injury- need help? |
i was doing some pretty intense pushups and contracted way to quick, after that i felt a pain in my right elbow. basically i can bend it a little bit with no pain, but after a certain point i feel a sharp pain at like the bottom of my elbow, and it becomes very stiff. it only hurts when i move it outwards, like im pointing at someone. can anyone tell me what is wrong with it, how to treat it, and how long it may take to heal? thank you in advance. well, i don't know what u did 2 it, but try alternating heat packs and cold paks......start with a heat pack, it'll help sooth the pain, then change 2 a cold pack after a while, keep doin... It would probably be a good idea to have her regular doctor have a look at it. You really can't break a joint,but you can severely dislocate it. The bones themselves could have been fracture...
