Elbow injury- need help?

i was doing some pretty intense pushups and contracted way to quick, after that i felt a pain in my right elbow. basically i can bend it a little bit with no pain, but after a certain point i feel a sharp pain at like the bottom of my elbow, and it becomes very stiff. it only hurts when i move it outwards, like im pointing at someone. can anyone tell me what is wrong with it, how to treat it, and how long it may take to heal? thank you in advance.
