Elbow Injury?

In my basketball game last night I fell back and hit my elbow on the floor pretty hard. I can move my arm fine it is just if anything touches it, even slightly, i feel a sharp pain.

Could this be a fracture even though i can move my harm?

Yes, this can be a chip fracture of the olecranon process of the Ulna. Get an xray.
