De quir Vain Elbow injury- Can you share your recovery?

Dequirvain is an overuse injury of the wrist and forearm. it is usually caused by repeating the same action involving your wrists and hands. to test for it plave your thumb across your palm and make a fist. now tilt your wrist toward your pinkie side. if there is pain where the thumb meets the wrist it is peobably dequairvain tendonitis. this is called the Finklestein test by the way. the best way to recover from dequairvain is to stop the repetitious movement that is causing the injury. if you are unable to do this, get a wrist splint that imobilizes the thumb and wear it until the pain subsides. it is a good idea to see a dr if the pain increases or won't go away. good luck.
