Elbow pain????did a fracture occur or just a sprain? |
im a very fit 30 year old who played professional sport for several years without serious injury..i go to gym every day.. im quoting a nurse i work with, "you will never know its broken for sure until you get an x-ray." make an appt with an orthopedist and get it checked out. you dont really have anything to lose. It doesn't sound like it is broken but for peace of mind you could have it checked just to be on the safe side. Otherwise try putting ice on it for no more than 20 min at a time, longer gives you the reverse effect. Try to give it some rest for a week or two and see how it is doing. It doesnt matter the age or what type of shape thay you are in injury gets to all of us a some given point and time. I wouldnt chance it and go to a dr. just to be safe than sorry. I made that mistake and had to pay for later in life which was no fun at all so good luck |
