Good website for beginning a weightlifting routine? |
I am just starting to workout with weights. I have in the past, but an elbow injury made me stop for almost 2 years. I am a 38year old male and want to start again. Need a good beginer workout that progresses some what aggressively. Thanks. www.bodybuilding.com is the most informational site out there.
