How much is my injuries worth?

i sutained bruised chin, bruised thigh, chipped hip bone, and a bruised elbow

i was changing the oil on an old pickup truck in the lower bay and had to go up to the lower bay because i was the only one working on the oil side so i went up to release the filter and put the new one on then put the oil back in to check the preasure the truck would not start so i alerted my supervisors and they said to push the truck out of the bay so i did it slipped my mind about the slide open and i pushed the truck out and fell in to the lower bay
