Need help finding a lawyer to file a lawsuit on a dr. in cullman al.? |
My friend fell out of a moving car,it almost ripped her arm off, at the elbow it is also called a degloving injury.she had to be rushed to the nearest hospital she was losing alot of blood and she had other injuries. The dr that done her surgery told her to come back in 2 weeks. When she got there her arm was already black and dead. The dr refused to see her because she did not have 75 dollars.Since then she has been through 2 painful surgeries. She had to have a skin graph to cover the hole in her arm after the debriment.Does she have a lawsuit on the dr that refused to see her when her arm was already that bad? WE NEED YOUR HELP. oh definitely because it is his duty as a doc to see his/her patients when they are that critically bad or should send them to the er.I think you definitely should file a lawsuit. Check your phone book or the internet for attorneys specializing in medical malpractice. Do yourself a favor and dont use one of those guys you see on TV during Jerry Springer commercials. A competent attorney (who is usually an MD in addition to being a lawyer) will obtain the medical record and have it reviewed to determine if the "standard of care" was met in your friend's case. If there is something amiss, he/she will move forward. Good Luck |
