I strained the tendons in my rotator cuff in my right elbow..?

How should I treat it? And is it a bad injury... and how long will it last?

AHHH MY BAD!!! MY SHOULDER IS WHAT I MAENT. i was just thinking of elbow cuz my grandma broke hers......lol

You don't have a rotator cuff in your elbow. RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. I am not blessed with X-ray vision so I have no idea if your injury is serious and because I don't knwo how serious it is, I couldn't say how long it will last. The best thing you can do for yourself is to see your doctor to avoid long-term or permanent damage.

The rotator cuff is located in the shoulder. If you injured your elbow, than it's a different injury. I know what shoulder injuries feel like, currently under treatment for a bad one. Have you been examined by a doctor for your elbow injury? If not, you should probably be checked by one and find out what is going on. Good luck.
