Tricep Extension Injury?

I was performing Triceps extension and now my right elbow 'cap' (point of elbow) is hurting!
It effects all other upper body exercises, and it seems like it's not making any healing progress. It even hurts shooting jumpshots!

Anyone had this nagging injury? I've never been injured before in my 5 years of consistent training, so any advice would be appreciated.

sounds like you might have damaged a ligament. see a doctor because it can be debilitating to an athlete
