Excersizes to prevent injury from repetititve work? |
My job involves gluing photo folders through a glue machine which is the same movement with the shoulders and elbows.. stretches of various elements... i would suggest stretching your arms and shoulders before starting, and maybe every hour.. stay hydrated. |
