Please give me the step by step procedures for quick compensation from a personal injury incurred at a concert

folding chair collapsed under me at a concert on 7/30/06 and caused injury to my back, hip, wrist, elbow, knee, and neck. There was no immediate medical attention needed, but now I am in alot of pain and am unsure how to proceed.
