What does people do for trigger points? |
I have a collegen defect, I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and that basicly means all of my joints are loose. They pop in and out, I get alot of pain mostly in my spine and shoulders. I get horrible trigger points (really bad muscle spasms on the fasia part of the muscles). Also known as Myofacial pain syndrome (the trigger points). Please Help!! Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. Get a chiropractor and a massage that will read it as well. It keeps me from screaming you MUST strengthen your muscles....slowly and wth low weights...email me for more info....no time now. |
