Does anyone know the difference between Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Hypermobility? |
And is exercise harmful to the joints and muscle or does it help? Benign Hypermobility Syndrome is one of the names of Hypermobility Syndrome. Other names are double jointed or loose joints or hyperlaxivity. Ehlers affects all the conective tissue in the body and Hyper only affects joints I believe. Excercise is always good and should not be affected by either. Please make sure you consult your doctor before you try anything new. Good luck and God Bless.
