Imedate back/hip pain???? Help?

Last night my husband was massageing my low back (because I have chronic back pain ((I have Ehlers-danlos syndrome and myofacial pain syndrome ((Hypermobility issues)) I was laying on my stomach and when my husband stopped massageing my back I reached over to get my drink (I was still laying on my stomach)) and I was stuck!! Then I tryed to turn around and I had this worst pain ever in my low back and leg. It was going down my hip to my leg and I never felt this pain before, it was not my normal back pain. Today I can't bend over and still hurts bad! What do you think it is? And should I go to the Doctor? Mabey it is just a muscle spasms?? Help please?????

Hypermobility syndrome is one thing, sudden onset pain after reaching, turning, needs to been taken to a Doc just to ensure nothing has been damaged. Good Luck
