Edema. What does it feel like? |
How does one know if he or she has edema? What will it feel like? I read it will be a swelling, but what will the swelling feel like? Will skin be tight? Will there be pain? Just curious.. Please help. Thanks. Yes it hurts!!! You legs will feel all heavy and like they are going to explode. Edema is a swelling of your tissues. Your skin gets tight and shiny. If you take your finger and push down on skin, the skin will have an indentation on that spot. If its on your feet you'll feel like youl're walking on a ball, or a spongy feeling. |
