Eczema???? |
Has anyone here ever cured eczema? How? Atopic dermatitis is an immune-mediated inflammation of the skin, often with a significant genetic component. Pruritus is the primary symptom; skin lesions range from mild erythema to severe lichenification. Diagnosis is by history and examination. Treatment is moisturizers, avoidance of allergic and irritant triggers, and often topical corticosteroids.(Merck) Maybe not a "cure" but there is a miracle...cleared me up after 12 years of it being on 80% of my body. Now it's at about 2%. It's prescription called Protopic. You will not be disappointed. Report It No there isnt a cure for eczema i have it and it is a killer and it comes in different stages suggest if it begans to irritate use some hydrocotizone cream for outbreaks and if theres is just dry skin that occurs you might want to buy some selsum blue and use it as your bodywash Report It I and many other people have been cured of eczema. Cured, cured, cured. See my story and many others at http://www.eczemacure.info Report It Hello, My daughter had it and as far as i know there was no cure then. Her doctor prescribed her a cream and said she would probably grow out of it, and she eventually did. As of this date, there is no cure for eczema. Try Bag Balm. It's an antiseptic moisturizing ointment that can be found at most farm supply stores. Eczema really can't be cured, but I used this stuff and it was history within a week. The ointment is used for outside dairy cattle in cold northern climates, so it's pretty sure to do the job on eczema and most other things. I have eczema too. Right now I have been in sever pain from it and it is right now localized on just on my hands. It burns and right now i am on batroban. I will try something for awhile and it will go away. And, the next thing you know I become allergic to it. It is from my medicine carbamazipine. Not sure of the spelling. It is for my seizures. But, from what I read this medication is not very good for the skin and it destroys my white blood cells. The doctor has been keeping a good eye out on my liver. In the mean time my doctor will not take me off of that medication. I take 2000 mg a day of just that for seizures. You would think I would be able to get some kind of justice for this pain. I have tried tea Tree oil, and that helped for a little bit. I am allergic to it now. I am now allergic to pomada which a Mexican penicillin mixed with sulfur. I am allergic to that now. I asked the pharmacist what am I going to do If I become allergic to bactroban, he said I will have to take something orally. Right now my hands are in extreme pain and I can not sleep for the life of me. I have had this going on for almost 2 years now. Nothing that the doctor can do either. Except expensive creams. |
