Eczema people, plez give some advice..!?

i've been suffering (not so suffering..) from eczema (which i feel it is and i think it is eczema) which my feet tend to dryness and itchy everytime my feet got sun exposure or if i walk on cemented floor with bare feet of course. i dont have asthma but i've been suffering from this skin problem since i was a child. For those who have this experience, can you tell me which medicine you take for your feet?, is it ellgy, aquoues cream, betnovate or anything else..
(i know the best medicine is to avoid those which make us got the eczema but now, thing gets worse because my feet skin is dry and cracking.. so i wanna make survey which the best medication that people normally take for eczema, because now i try ellgy doesn't do any good for me)
thanx

Could be eczema, psoriasis, a fungal infection, or otherwise. It's best not to try to diagnose and medicate yourself. Call your doc and get the rash looked at before trying to treat yourself for something you may not have.

They give me Moisturizing cream. Which that takes care of the dryness and temporarily takes care of the itching. They give me a steroid cream for the irritations. THe moisturizer is vanicream.

Its Eczema.

I had it as a child. On my arms and legs.

The best cream that most dermatoligists will recommend is E45. It's definately the best and can work with any skin type. Use it after showers. Up to 2-3 times a day and in a week or less it will be gone.

I know this will help, i'm sure of it!

My daughter has eczema and since I am not crazy about using prescription meds on her, I was recommended a cream called Lipikar. It is made by LaRoche-Posay, it is an over-the-counter moisturizing cream that you can purchase at any beauty counter (pharmacy, department store). This cream especially treats dry skin, as it was formulated for very dry skin in children. It clears up my daughters eczema every time I use it on her. I use it on myself when I get break-outs of dry skin, and it works wonderfully. It works wonders on the feet! Just a suggestion in case you wanted to try a good moisturizing cream. You can even look up more info on their website about it if you like.

The source below provides some options for treating eczema.

Nora, hello: first, you should try Vaseline for your feet (it is the best moisturizer). If it doesn't help - go to champori.com and try their herbal anti-eczema cream.
Best,
Bernadette

Do you want to check this natural oil I use for my daughter, has reduced her eczema by more than 50% - they work with allergies, and with ages and different types- uses seabuckthorn and other oils
You can get a sample, see if it works -just like I did

never heard of this before

Use mixed oats with water and apply the mixture on affected areas, it's good to ease
