Eczema & Acne question?

Hiya im 19 and i have an eczema flareup on my face along with acne which is really hard to cope with. I've got patches of eczema around my eyes and both patches of eczema and acne around the cheek areas. I've been to the doctor many times but it just doesnt seem to go away. Has anyone got any tips as too how to deal with eczema and acne? e.g. why is it that steroid creams cannot be used on acne? and how to combine creams or use the creams in a certain pattern through the day so that i can target both problems? because i know that acne medications make eczema worse and the other way round.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it really gets me down! I just dont know what to do. Thanks!

I had that same problem. First start off with putting Aveeno hydrocortisone on the eczema. Then put vitamin E oil on the eczema.
This really helps!
And as for the Acne, there is a soap and lotion called cetaphil, it is really easy on your skin, and it really helps git rid of acne without aggravating the eczema

I am going to suggest Arbonne - as it's got botanicals in it that are good for you and effectively treat acne.
