im sorry for posting another eczema question! it's not permanent well... i had that same problem too (not the eczema) the patch was like 5 shades lighter than me and it spread but if you are hispanic, asian or any race that tend to be brown... my doc says that happens to them during teen years and for me it went away... no gaurantee for your but i hope this helps i'm half filipina so i have kinda dark skin, and i used to have eczema really really bad on the backs of my shoulders and arms but when i finally got it healed up it was all pale (people asked me if i had been burned and scarred:S). anyways, it eventually returns to the normal color. try to stay out of the sun when your eczema is really bad also because as u probably know eczema doesnt tan:[ |
