Eczema Scars? |
When I was young I had eczema. I had it on my face, legs, elbows, knees & stomach. All of the areas have heeled except my LEGS. I still have eczema now but not as bad as I had it. I have breakouts but not to often. But I still have the scars from eczema when I was younger on my legs & thighs. How can I make them dissapear or at least fade. I am insecure about my legs & thighs because of this skin problem. Please Help i totally know how you feel. i too suffer from eczema. on my arms, chest, neck, legs and thighs. anyways. mine isnt completely healed yet. but i heard of this cream called aloe vera propolis cream. never tried it before but sharing doesnt hurt. yah go to this website for various other remedies or treatments www.talkeczema.com. totally awesome website! =D You might try using a plastic surgeon to sand the scars away. This is something I have seen successfully done on other areas, I see no reason why it could not work for your legs. Try a sea salt scrub every day to get away dead cells. There is not way to really get rid of scars, but you can make them less visible. Microdermabrasion can smooth out raised scars. Laser light therapy can remove extra red or brown pigmentation (depending on the filter). Both can be (and should be) done by a dermatologist. Also, the better your skin-tone the more 'taught' the scars will be and less raised, so hitting a treadmill may not hurt, if you are not already. |
