Eczema? any suggestions? |
I have eczema on my chin. It's the only place i have it. My little brother also suffers from eczema. I had been using his ointment that the doctor gave him but it stopped working. I also use Aquafor before i go to bed every night. Does anyone know of any good otc meds for eczema? Also what kind of makeup is most gentle for this but won't cause it to be oily? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! there are ways to prevent eczema from having an outbreak. try to avoid skin irritants, and allergens that might trigger eczema. avoid foods that have preservatives. boost up immune system by taking vitamin C so that you will be able to fight skin diseases. also avoid scratching your skin, it can make eczema worse. try to avoid clothes that are rough and tight. use only cotton. avoid too much exposure to sun and avoid activities that can make you sweat easily. for more tips on preventing eczema visit http://www.skinoriginal.com i got eczema when i was prego and my daughter has it to. stress and cold weather make it worse for me. as for meds i do not use them but when i did they contain high steroid levels they seemed to work the best i cannot remember the name though sorry. dont scracth i got it on my belly of all things i got it from a belt buckle metal i was allergic i scratch and spread it a little all over but me a couple of creams ive tried i became immune believe it or not but i use oatmeal soap and see a dermatologist aveeno stuff works 4 me too |
