Eczema skin bleeding what can i do?

I have Eczema my skin is bleeding where my knuckles are the skin around it has bad Eczema and when i move my fingers my skin breaks open and slowly bleeds.

Is there anything i can do to help my Eczema i find moisturizer helps but is it a good idea to put moisturizer on open wounds/bleeding skin?

have u been to a doctor to get a prescription cream?
my son suffers with it also, he puts a lot of moisturiser on his cracked skin, he also had split bleeding knuckles. i have tried a lot of natural therapies such as acupuncture and chinese herbs, these work for a while but then the body gets use to them
i recently took him to a naturopath who was able to tell me he has a zinc deficiency and this can be a cause, so he is taking omega oil every day and he has a new natural cream, i have noticed a difference in only 2 weeks. if you are in australia, i can give you the phone number of the cream company, email me

well first get tem to stop belleding because this might sting.... use noxema.... it is mostly used to clean peoples faces but you should try to hidrate your hands with this.... the reson its named noxema is standing for NO ECZEMA.. GET IT??

I have the same thing, and from what i know is that lotion only helps momentarily, also skin medicines can help. all i can say is that drinking more water can help, basically dehydration is whats causing it and cold temperature. also its okay to put moisturizers but they will burn for the first few seconds and make sure to let them stay on your hand for awhile so it actually gets put into effect and do it daily to really work.

my knuckles used to do the same thing when i was younger. i used moisturizer all the time and tried not to bend my knuckles to much to crack the skin again.. also if you have colder weather and your hands exposed that doesnt help.. like if you have moisture on your hands... i found that, that only makes the cracking worse... i use cortizone cream which helps alot.. and try to stay away from moisturizers with perfume
