Eczema help?

I went to a lake house with my friends and ever since I swam there, my scalp and neck have been nonstop itching. I have eczema, but it's never been this bad, so I don't know it it's eczema or not. Does anyone (preferably someone that knows something about eczema) have any suggestions to help me stop itching?
