Eczema on bikini area?

I think I have some eczema on my bikini area. I've just developed some on my brow bone and a few weeks later I noticed the small dry spots on the top skin part of my vagina and 1 spot near my hip. It's mildly itchy and doesnt really bother me. Does this sound like eczema? would it be a bad idea to use the eczema cream i got for my brow bones on those spots?

If this is a prescription steroid cream you have, you should ask your dermatologist if it is safe to use on the groin area. Most of the steroid creams say not to use on the groin and face. If so, it should be safe, but I would ask the doctor or a pharmacist just to be sure.
