Ecstasy effect?

usually take ecstasy every 4 or 5 months or so but during september i did it 3 times in one month after the third time about 5 days later i started to get severe anxiety and depression its now been 6 weeks since then and although i feel somewhat better i dont feel 100% ive stared to lose hair all over my body and have a bald patch on my head because of all the stress never showed signs of it before this i just wanted to know if anybody else has experienced this and how long will it last?

X works by causing your brain use up serotonin. Taking that much causes depression because your brain takes time to build up supplies that were depleted.

In order to rebuild your supplies, go to GNC and get some St. John's Wort and Chromium Picolinate. Use these as suppliments to a good diet, sleep and some healthy exercise.

Try not to use X for at least a year and only then for special occasions or spiritual enlightenment. Too much of ANYTHING is bad for you.

I've never taken ecstasy but I took LSD occasionally when I was younger and it never effected me until one night when some wierd stuff happened at a party I was at. Ever since that night I have been really reserved and shy which I wasn't before. I haven't done it since then. I think it may be time for you to quit altogether.

You burned out both your brain and body. Rest, good food, lay off the X for a while. I'm talking about at least a year now. Ecstasy is a very powerful drug, and you apparently didn't plan out your roll. Now you've gone and screwed yourself up and you need to do some serious recovery. It will last till you're better. How long that takes is all on you.

Ecstasy plays neurotransmitters that regulate mood. When it causes enough damage, you're screwed - possibly a lifetime battling major depression and anxiety. Hopefully, what you are experiencing is only a temporary example of what the drug can permanently do. If it continues, see a psychiatrist who specializes in substance abuse/misuse. There may be meds to help you thru this.

Btw, a check up would be wise as well.

FYI: this is a simple overview put together at Utah University. It's entertaining, too.
