Truthfully, if you find some pictures of someone with purplish "star" spots on them, that's one of the symptoms in the beginning stage of one of the Ebola-type filoviruses.

Look up Ebola, Marburg (which is considered the "gentle sister"), Ebola Zaire, Ebola Sudan, and Ebola Restin.
