Eating Disorders??

I want to know people who are suffering or have sufferd from an eating disorder prefrebly anorexia...right now Im suffering from an eating disorder and it feels great. I dont know why but i love the feeling of not having food in my stomach and the though of already losing 15 pounds and wanting to loose more.My whole perspective of beautiful has changed to you can't be pretty unless your extremly skinny.I dont understand why this happend to me but I feel like its out of my control.I dont want help now because I need to stay in school I already got out of the hospital a couple of days ago and during the whole stay it was soo easy I just had to listen and eat everything they gave me then I came home and now I have the choice whether I want to eat or not and Im deciding not to.My mom makes me eat small portions of meals because she knows I dont like the thought of food and she comes with me to the gym every night. Is it bad if I want to lose another 20 pounds? Please write you experiences.

20 lbs.? it depends. if your underweight yeah its bad. if your overweight then its good for you BUT dont do it in a drastic way. healthy diet is when you lose 1-2 lbs. every week. I myself when i was a kid was a fat kid until my early teen age years. I decided to lose weight when i was 15. I did the drastic way, I didn't eat for a week. My classmates started to notice that i'm losing weight so it gave me an idea to continue what i do and do it better to increase my chance of losing pounds. I continue not to eat anything solid but only water and i began exercising everyday. Imagine this, I only drank water for one whole day and then exercise 30 mins. of nonstop jogging everyday. I'm only 5'1 that time and im asian so my built is small my max wt. is 160 lbs. after doing that routine i was down to 130 lbs. in a matter of 1 mo. I was obsess of losing weight so i started being bulimic and eating pretty less and exercise 30 mins-1 hr. of nonstop jogging. I started drinking green tea and my lowest weight is 114 lbs. I was so skinny that people mistaken me as an drug addict. I reach my ideal weight but after getting married I gained few pounds so im back to dieting again. This time, i took xenical, in my country of origin its over the counter here in the us its prescription and the lower dose of it is what we see in the market the alli. I was really obsess of dieting that i even undergo liposuction of arms and back fat. Now i stop dieting because were currently trying to conceive a baby and its a big no for couple who wants to conceive to be malnourished. so my advice to you. if your underweight try gaining some weight trust me, when its time for you to conceive it will be difficult for you. if your overweight, eat fruits and vegetables then exercise. You will lose those pounds faster than eating nothing at all because it will slower your metabolism to be able to compensate with your body. Goodluck to you!

I have been bulimic for almost 10 years and its not pretty.
I have a weakened heart muscle, potassium inbalance (I could die at any point), have painful dental problems, I am sick all the time from abusing ipecac.
Please get help before you turn out like me (and take it seriously). Its okay to be thin, but you need to be healthy and take care of yourself. It may feel good now, but when you are balding, weak, and your fingernails fall off, you will reconsider. Especially when you realize how wonderful life is, but you will die early.

20 lbs depends on your current weight and on what your loosing, water, musel, or fat. eating disorders WILL kill you. organs will shut down, and survivers suffer from olsers, and in many cases, mental retardation. if you want more information you can look it up.

if it feels good, do it. if you enjoy having an eating disorder, more power to you. just stay away from ipecac and brush your teeth like 5 times a day if you're puking. skinny is sexy.
