Eating disorders!?

I was just wondering people who starve themselves how much do they actually eat?

There are different types of eating disorders.

Anorexics starve themselves. They skip meals or eat very little. Their bodies get used to not consuming enough food, so it can get to a point where they don't even feel like they have to eat for a few meals.

Bulimics vary on the amount of food they eat. Some don't feel too guilty about what they eat because they throw it up anyway.

There is also an eating disorder where the food intake is not that much, but there is an extreme obsession with working out to burn the calories that they consumed.

little or nothing at all

My mom watched this show and one girl only ate an apple everyday, and cut up some lettuce and ate it. That was it..pretty bad!

some people starv themselves because they feel really fat like they cant live with themselves...

They'll eat nothing or very little. some will start out by skipping a meal a day, then once it starts working, they'll skip another meal, and so on....

those peoples r just idiots they cant help to c themselves in the mirror!!! no offence but its obvious true

depends on what kind.
some just a bit
or nothing
or others...
eat normally
and purge it up

Its usually women and young girls who suffer from anorexia. They become so obsessed with how others perceive them that they believe others would see her as beutiful if she were to loose more weight; or she would be rejected if others noticed she had gained some weight. A psychologist is needed to treat women who suffer from this obsession.
