Eating Disorders [ Bulimics]?

I'm doing a project on eating disorders and their effect for my camp project. I wasn't sure if when bulimics throw up their food do all the calories still stay in their body or when they purge is it just like they never ate anything in the first place?

A portion of the calories stay in.

They purge so it's like they never ate anything in the first place... if the calories stayed in their body that would kind of defeat the purpose wouldn't it?

For more info for your project check out http://www.4woman.gov/faq/Easyread/bulne...

if done within 30 minutes it gets rid of the fats. not sure if the calories go but it does get rid of the fatty crap. it tricks ur body into thinkin its full. as to not eating where it just makes u hungry ..
