Does anyone know the short and long term effects of There are tons of MIA and Ana sites out there for you to learn from. Long term effects include permanent lose of tooth enamel for MIA. Both can result in organ failure, heart attack, stroke et. There are various types of Ana and MIA (anorexia, bulimia) such as athletic anorexia whee someone will literally exercise for hours every single day. Short term is a lot of weight loss..Which will just be gained back later when you eat again..Well, obviously, long term anorexia results in death.
