Constant Ear Infections?

I have a really annoying problem. I always get ear infections. I'm going through my fifth one this year. I listen to my ear specialist and use all her tips but I just keep getting these really painful ear infections! My doctor is seriously getting annoyed with me! ;)) Should I be worried? Is there anyone with the same problem?

Sorry to hear about your recurrent ear infections. Yes it must be annoying and unpleasant. It might be a good idea to seek an alternative doctor. I don't like the sound of a doctor losing patience. They should be sympathetic and patient at all times.

Do you eat healthily? If you keep getting infections you might need to consider your diet: increase your intake of fresh fruit and salad vegetables, possibly take a Vitamin C tablet. Also you could consider Echinacea as this is a powerful herbal for boosting the immune system to help fight any current infection and also stop you getting recurrent infections.
