Is it possible for infections to spread from one ear to the other in less than 24 hours?

I get ear infections all the time and want to know if i should notify my doctor about this.

Your ears are joined in the posterior pharynx (throat) by the Eustachian tubes. I say yes.

I Would Say Yes, for the Reasons Mentioned Above.
