Have or do you have a baby with reoccurring ear infections?

I am interested in parents who have dealt with a baby with allergies which caused the ear infections. What were your findings? What was the final out come?

FYI: I am dealing with a doctor at the present time. I am curious of other's situations with this problem. Thank you!

My third child had many allergies and an almost constant ear infection from age two months on. We were originally told that we were not propping his head up enough during feedings but at 11 months he was diagnosed correctly and we started with allergy meds. Nothing helped and his eardrum perforated when he was 15 months.
Ear tubes were inserted in both ears at 18 months after I researched the procedure for four months.
This was the cure. He never had another infection and he started talking and walked with much more balance.
Today, as an adult, the only problem he still has is pressure and pain with elevation changes (airplane descent or driving down a mountain).

Food allergies: milk, eggs, peanuts, strawberries, and tomato.
Most animals, dust, feathers, pollen, and a smoker just touching him would cause a rash and swelling.
I do not remember which allergy meds they tried except for Benadryl. Report It

A co-worker of mine was having the same problem and
then believe it or not they took him to a chiropractor and
it is not a problem any more - its completely changed
their baby health and sleeping has greatly improved - wish
I would have known this when my babies were suffering.
