Silver and ear infections? |
My sister is putting silver on a cotton swab and placing it in her 4yo daughter's ear for an ear infection (the child also has tubes in her ear). Is this safe? Will this heal the infection/help with pain? What does it do? I'm concerned that if this 'alternative' does not work, the fluid buildup can result in hearing loss.
