How to help ear infections?

i feel like im getting an ear infection because of the pain and odor. what are some other ways to help it without going to the doctors and getting ear drops?

GrapeFRUIT seed extract - liquid form - 5 drops in 3 oz of water to dilute. Put several drops in your ear every 4-6 hours until relieved (usually quite quickly). Then continue for 24 hours after that. No medicine cabinet should be without it. Same dilution rate for sore throat gargle if you get a throat infection. Will also treat yeast and fungal infections.

You should be able to get it at your local health food store. If not, then order it online at http://www.iherb.com - you can request fast shipping. (Not affiliated, just where I order from, they have great prices and service).

Well, maybe you shouldn't stick rocks in there anymore...

people whose religions dont let them use medication and stuff pour olive oil in there ears. lol i dont know if it works but i would guess so.

I've never tried it but I over heard that pouring some water mixed with honey and vinegar works. give it a try if you wish but I'm not sure it will even do much. just heard about it.

If there is pain and odor on account of the ear infection it is better to consult your ENT surgeon immediately.

If it is bad enough to be causing pain and odor, you need to go to the doctor. There is an over the counter ear drop called star-otic which worked for me on minor ear infections. Some tips to prevent ear infections. Don't let water get in your ears when swimming, showering or bathing, and clean your ears every few days with a Q-tip dipped in alcohol.
